Before joining the family business, Riley worked as a Data Analyst for one of the largest YouTube advertising agencies in the country, where he helped scale digital campaigns and analyze high-volume marketing data. Today, he applies that analytical mindset to modernize the roofing and home-services industry by integrating AI tools, automation, and advanced technologies to enhance customer experience, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.
Outside the office, Riley is an Ironman triathlete, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, podcast host, and certified PADI Rescue Diver, embodying the discipline and resilience that define both his business and personal pursuits. A graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, Riley is also a sought-after speaker on sales, marketing, and leadership, having presented to audiences across the country.
