Carol Beard, Co-Owner of Shuttermart, joins The Executives’ Association of San Diego.
Carol grew up in Rock Island, Illinois, and graduated from Rock Island High School. She and her husband, Tom, have two children, Brandon and Jamie, who both reside in the St. Augustine, Florida area. They are also proud grandparents of two adult grandchildren.
Their granddaughter, Kaitlyn, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in working with autistic children. Their grandson, Conner, is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a full baseball scholarship.
Carol and Tom have been part of Shuttermart since 1986 and have devoted decades to the company’s growth, with a strong focus on product excellence, dependable service, and exceptional customer care. They take great pride in their dedicated and experienced team, including Sales Representative Jon Gardner, who has been with the company for 39 years; Installer Daniel Lopez, with 25 years of service; and Office Manager Mel, who has supported operations for 10 years. The shop team contributes an additional 15 years of combined experience.
